RULES

  1. All Soccer matches are based on the results at the end of 90 minutes of play, including any injury or stoppage time, unless otherwise stated.
    • Friendly Matches are graded according to the result when the game finishes (not including extra time), regardless of whether the full 90 minutes are played.
    • First half wagers are considered official once the first half is complete.
  2. A match must be played within 48 hours of the originally scheduled kickoff or wagers on the match will be graded “No Action”.
  3. If the match venue is changed (other than to the away team’s location), the wagers already placed will stand, provided the home team is still the home team. If the home and away team for a listed match are reversed then wagers placed on the original match will be graded “No Action”.
  4. Every effort will be made to quote all possible participants for player to score the first/last goal in a game, however, if the situation arises that a player not quoted scores the first/last goal will count as a winner for that player.
  5. Wagers on players not taking part in the match will be “No Action”, as will wagers on first goalscorer if the player comes on after the first goal has been scored.
  6. All Soccer wagers except first, last and anytime goal scorer include own goals.
  7. For wagers on bookings, a yellow card counts as one booking where a red card counts as two bookings.
    • For total booking points, a yellow card counts for 1 point and a red card counts as 2 points.
  8. For Asian handicaps, the handicap applies to the final match result and the team with the most goals after the handicap is applied is the winner.
  9. Soccer moneyline wagers have three outcomes: home team win, away team win and draw. Draw occurs when a game is tied after 90 minutes of regulation time plus injury/stoppage time. If you bet on the home or away team, and the game ends in a tie, in regulation time, the bet will result in a loss. That’s why we offer the option to bet the Draw on 3-way lines.
  10. Wagers made on a team winning a specific cup or trophy will have action through Extra Time and Penalties.
  11. All grading disputes will be resolved using FlashScore.com.

HORSE RACES

  1. InstaBET pays track odds up to the house limits, as specified in our max payouts.
  2. There’s a maximum net profit on each individual race based on the tracklists. Daily doubles, pick 3s, pick 4s and pick 6s count toward the last race in its sequence when calculating the race profit. The formula is Net Profit = Net Payout – Total Amount Wagered. This resets for every individual race.
  3. There are no house odds. If there are no track payoffs for a certain type of wager, InstaBET will refund all wagers on that type.
  4. If a track isn’t listed on the tracklist, the maximum net profit defaults to $1,000 USD. InstaBET will grade your action upon management approval.
  5. Any attempt to pay negative pool hedges will result in account suspension.
  6. InstaBET identifies horses by saddle-cloth number, not by name. You are responsible for your selections of horse numbers and race numbers.
  7. When you bet on a coupled horse, your wager includes all horses racing under said number. If part of an entry is scratched and part of an entry runs, all wagers have action. “Must go” action is not part of the entry.
  8. InstaBET always will compare the time it accepts a wager with the off-time the track provides and grade accordingly. InstaBET, takes seconds into consideration. If InstaBET accepts a wager after the race starts, your wager will be disqualified from any winnings and refunded.
  9. InstaBET reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove customers from our Horse Rebate Program at any time.
